lot of 3 double terminated Hanksite crystals, Searles Lake Ca. healing, h17-1231

Description

These crystals measure between 3/4 inch and 1 inches. Hanksite (a rare fluorescent mineral), Borax and Sulfohalite from Searles Lake Blowhole was gathered on 10/14/17 during the 2 1/2 hour, once a year field trip when the public is allowed in to the lake. The Mining company that owns the rights to the lake, pump the brine and crystals from deep below the surface. "Blowing" or spreading them above ground for collectors to gather. Over 99% of Hanksite in the world comes from Searles Lake, where it was discovered in 1888 by Mr. Hanks. Hanksite opens the third Chakra, enhances insight, perception, and awareness. This will make a great addition to any rock and mineral collection. These are salt minerals and will be damaged by water. Please clean with mineral oil.
