This costume item is new but was used to take the photo for the catalog.It is an orchid spandex leotard with foil tie dyed puff print overlay.  It has an attached multi color four tier organdy skirt.  There is ruffle and metallic braid trim. You will also get a hair flower clip. ribbon choker and a flower pin.This leotard is by Wolff Fording so you know the quality is excellent.
