This item is brand new without the original Wolff Fording packaging.  Possibly a photo sample that was tried on for a photo shoot.  The front is 3mm Turquoise foil sequin with white satinette lining that shows in the V front.  Trimmed in gold sequin braid. The back is Turquoise stretch Spandex.
